I love weekends. Sleeping in that extra 1/2 hour. Don't have to make lunches or get anyone anywhere by anytime.
Charlize has been under the weather lately so had last week off pre-school so not much has been done towards my little venture. Am just working on getting what has already been made up for sale (most of which are summer wares]. I am thinking I might start crocheting beanies and scarves for thre winter months, and go back to dresses and beach bags.

Finally, I have done it. I thought starting a little business from home, doing what I love, couldn't have been simpler. How wrong I was. The sewing is the fun, easy part. The setup of shopfront, facebook page, blog etc seems to be a little more challenging for me. But I am here now and hopefully will be around for a while. This week I should have my first item up for sale on madeit.com.au so please check it out. I am very new to this so please excuse my fumbling. In the coming weeks I will blog more about my history and how DaniScottDesigns came about.
